Come on, dude. You need to give more detail. Some guy looked at some guy while he was undressing, in the locker room of some unnamed gym? You could at least say whether it was the downtown Y, or Golds, or whatever, but even that wouldn't narrow it down much. Gimme a break. Probably spam.
