This is a beautiful, new 4 Bedroom beach house that is located right on the white, sandy Gulf of Mexico beach. There is nothing between it and the water except sand. It has a private, heated pool, 2 covered porches and 2 sundecks, plus the pool deck. There is a Master Suite, with its own private bath. 3 of the bedrooms have a direct Gulf view, the fourth bedroom has an indirect view of Mobile Bay.

This house was just completed in July, 2007, and was freshly outfitted with all new furniture, housewares, linen, etc. It has high ceilings, real mahogany floors, and a well-equipped kitchen.

Our gorgeous home situated on the two largest lots in the Driftwoods Shores subdivision, in Gulf Shores off Fort Morgan Parkway across from the Martinique on the Gulf development. This 6 Bedroom, 4 Bath brick monolith sits high and dry. It?s built to take whatever Mother Nature might serve so bring your own crab traps and a couple good fishing rods. It features over 3600 square feet of living area and a large 3 car garage with adjacent boat/carport.

The home has its own private white sand beach along 220 feet of the tranquil waters of Bon Secour Bay in Gulf Shores, Alabama. It's secluded on approximately two acres, and with undeveloped lots on either side it sits amidst nearly 4 acres! Yet, just across the street from Martinique on the Gulf and up the road from The Beach Club, The Peninsula and Kiva Dunes resorts. Adding to the privacy, the adjacent lots are vacant, yet just a 5 minute walk across the street is the beach. When it?s time to sit down and relax with family and friends there is large 41x12 foot rear deck overlooking the bay and lower dried in porch measuring 25x12 and a screened front porch approximately 18x12.

Built in 1995, the home was extensively renovated in early 2007 and looks phenomenal! The master bedroom, featuring a brick fireplace, has a king bed with bedroom suite, 4 bedrooms have queen beds, one especially large bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with a full bed and twin bed, while another bedroom has two twins and a full-size baby crib.

There is Mediacom Cable TV and Internet service with TVs and DVDs and/or VCRs in 4 bedrooms. The Great Room features an XL 50" HDTV. The kitchen has all necessary equipment to cook and feed a party of 16+, including a high chair and baby bouncer. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer downstairs.
