We have 6 different floorplans. We will also let you know which style that is available in the apartment home.
All applications are $50 online and in the office for everyone 19 and older in the home.
-Credit must be 575 or above to be considered.
-No criminal or eviction background
-Must not be in collections with another apartment complex
-Must have 3X the original monthly rent (Gross)
-Guarantors must make 5x the original monthly rent (Gross)
-No active bankruptcies
-We do accept corporate leases
Reservation fees are required to hold an apartment for you to make arrangements to move in. We do not have security deposits on our apartments; we work with bond approvals and admin fee approvals. Approval amount will be discussed after application completion.
We allow up to two pets per apartment: One pet is $300 nonrefundable fee and two pets are $400 nonrefundable fee and it adds $20 monthly to rent per pet per month.
The following are included in the rental pricing you will be quoted:
Water, Sewer, Trash, Amenities, and Pest Control upon request weekly.
After you apply and get approved, we will need a copy of ID, SS card/passport and Income for everyone 19 and older applying in the home whom are lease holders and ID and SS Card/Passport for those 19 and older whom are occupants.
All of our apartments are first come first serve. In order to reserve an apartment home you must have a complete application. A complete application contains the following items provided to the office for all applicants 19 and older:
Applications filled out properly online or in house, ID, SS or passport, income (last 3 paystubs or last 3 months of bank deposits with last 2 years of tax returns), Reservation fee and all other monies required before move in paid by certified funds only.
