We have a great chicken coop with 6 hens. Comes with everything needed. Hens started laying in July and produce about 5 eggs a day. They have slowed down increasingly because of weather.
The coop has been water sealed and the floor is upgraded with extra flooring.
There is an automatic door run by solar panel that opens and closes at sunrise and sunset. Two 50 gallon barrels for food and water.

Dimensions: 10.27ft x 5.42ft x 6.03ft
Weight: ~430lbs
We have had it for only 8 months and will be moving to a new city.

Also, I have sand laid down in the run and in the coop itself. It is loose sand so if you want to use it, you can shovel it into a bucket or truck bed.
We would prefer collection but also can do delivery at an extra cost!
