We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain residential and/or commercial properties throughout Alabama.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine property inspections and preventative maintenance
Complete basic repairs, including drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and minor electrical work
Lawn care, landscaping, and exterior property upkeep
Clean and prepare vacant units for new tenants
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe condition
Assist with property improvements and renovation projects as needed
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance, handyman, construction, or property management experience preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
