Kountryboy Movers is hiring reliable, hardworking 1099 Independent Contractors for residential and commercial moving jobs.

Job Responsibilities:
● Load and unload furniture, boxes, and household goods
● Wrap and protect customers’ belongings
● Safely move heavy items using proper lifting techniques
● Work efficiently with a crew
● Provide courteous, professional customer service
Requirements:
● Must be at least 18 years old
● Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
● Able to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
● Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
● Moving or general labor experience is preferred, but not required
● Must be able to work in various weather conditions
Compensation:
● Paid per job/day (based on experience and performance)
● Opportunities for consistent work as jobs become available
● Performance-based earning potential
Important: Independent Contractor Position This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and will receive a Form 1099 if they meet IRS reporting requirements. This position is not an employee (W-2) role.
