Hi! I have a 3 Bed/2.5 Bath townhouse with a large room in the house available for move in immediately. The room has lots of natural light and shares a bathroom with one other tenant. There are currently two mid 30s Asian male and female working professionals, one as a software engineer, and the other in the medical field living in the house who go into work M-F that is clean and easy going that occupy the two other rooms. Located in Montgomery with easy access to 101, 237, tech campuses, etc. There is a nice walking greenbelt and close to two parks. The neighborhood is super safe in a cul de sac, with convenient access in the South Montgomery.

The place:
- Partially furnished (has kitchen pots/pans/utensils/dinnerware/dining table/dining chairs) available to use
- Parking in parking lot
- Washer & Dryer in the garage
- Heating and Air conditioning
- Tenants responsible for PG&E/Water/Internet (Averages ~$80 per person split 3 ways, depending on AC/Heater use)

Terms:
- No Smoking, drugs, or pets in house
