-At least 1 year of previous roofing sales experience with comprehensive knowledge of insurance claims.
-Ability to climb on and inspect roofs to document and photograph all needed items on our insurance checklist.
-Ability to support yourself until you get paid commission on a paid sale. WE DO NOT PAY DRAWS UP FRONT.
-Your own vehicle, ladder and any other needed tools of the trade
-Willingness to canvas and market yourself to generate your own work. We do not provide leads until a salesperson proves themselves first.
Roof MD is looking for energetic Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a commission-only position with unlimited income potential, designed for motivated individuals who love sales, enjoy working outdoors, and thrive in a results-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
Generate new business through canvassing, networking, social media, and referrals.
Inspect residential roofing systems to assess damage.
Guide customers through the insurance claim and roof replacement process.
Close sales and manage projects from start to finish.
Recruit, train, and mentor new sales reps — earn extra incentive bonuses for team growth!
