Steady, year-round work
Monday-Friday with occasional overtime opportunities
Job Duties:
Interior and exterior painting
Drywall repair and finishing
Trim carpentry and finish work
Door, window, and flooring installation
General remodeling and home repairs
Light demolition and project preparation
Maintain clean and professional job sites
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience
Must own a reliable truck or work vehicle
Must have your own basic tools
Valid driver's license
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Professional appearance and attitude
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Preferred:
Experience in multiple trades
Customer service experience
Problem-solving skills and ability to work without constant supervision
